Die DKU-Gruppe Hamburg begann vor über 15 Jahren als reiner Dienstleister/Berater für gewerbliche Immobilien (Büro, Shop und Logistik) mit der DKU-Unternehmensberatung.
2013 wurde zusätzlich die DKU Beteiligungs GmbH gegründet, deren Schwerpunkt die Entwicklung und Bau von überwiegend wohnwirtschaftlich genutzten Projekten ist.

In 2013, DKU Beteiligungs GmbH was also founded, the focus of which is the development and construction of predominantly residential projects.
